Dancehall continues to roll out fresh music as Govana, Jahshii, Jahvillani and RajahWild each deliver new material.

The four releases cover different sides of the genre, from Govana’s reflective approach on “Satellite” to the harder street energy of Jahshii’s “War Cya Done,” Jahvillani’s “Mawd” and RajahWild’s “Money Lisa.”

Govana — “Satellite”

Govana leads the latest batch with “Satellite,” a reflective dancehall single built around the idea of longevity.

The song encourages young artists and aspiring entrepreneurs to focus on building something that lasts instead of chasing temporary hype. Govana uses the satellite as a metaphor for something that remains visible even after the spotlight fades.

The lyrics touch on saving money, investing, developing your craft and studying the careers of artists who have maintained relevance for decades. He points to veterans such as Beres Hammond, Sean Paul, Capleton, Yellowman, Shabba Ranks and Buju Banton as examples of longevity.

RajahWild — “Money Lisa”

RajahWild brings a different energy with “Money Lisa.”

“Money Lisa” centers on money, attraction, confidence and the hustle mentality. RajahWild keeps the record direct and energetic, fitting comfortably into the current wave of street-oriented dancehall.

Jahshii — “War Cya Done”

Jahshii takes the darker route with “War Cya Done.”
